Return & Refund Policy
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We strive to provide outstanding customer service and ensure your complete satisfaction. You may request a return or exchange within **7 days** of receiving your package, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, and factory sealed.
- All accessories, user guides, manuals, and free gifts must be present.
- The product must not have been turned on, set up, configured, or linked to any personal user accounts.
- The original invoice or proof of purchase must be presented.
2. Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following, unless there is a verified manufacturer defect:
- **Software products, operating system keys, and digital card codes** once delivered to the customer via WhatsApp or email.
- Personal hygiene or single-use electronic items whose seals have been broken.
- Products displaying damage due to misuse, drop, electricity fluctuations, or water exposure.
3. Refund Method
⚠️ **Important Refund Clause**: Refunds for orders completed online via credit/debit card will be credited **exclusively** back to the original card used for the transaction (Original Mode of Payment).
For purchases made using Cash on Delivery (COD) or Direct Bank Transfer, refunds will be wired as a bank transfer to the client's bank account, once the returned goods are validated.
4. Refund Processing Time
Processing returned products and approving refunds takes 2 to 5 business days. Once approved, the refund transaction may take **10 to 45 business days** to reflect in your credit card balance, depending on your card issuer bank's policy.
5. Return Shipping Fees
If a return is initiated due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., dispatching the wrong product), we will fully cover all courier and exchange fees. If the return is based on customer preference (change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping costs (a flat rate of 25 AED).
