1. Delivery Coverage
We ship and deliver IT hardware, computer components, and electronic products purchased from our store to all emirates and cities across the **United Arab Emirates (UAE)** only.
We partner with leading local courier services to guarantee your package arrives safely and quickly. All delicate components and devices are packed with secure, protective materials.
2. Shipping & Delivery Fees
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total cart value:
- **Free Shipping**: Applied automatically to all orders of **200 AED** or more.
- **Standard Delivery Fee**: A flat rate of **25 AED** is applied to orders under 200 AED.
3. Shipping Times
Delivery timeframes depend on the destination emirate:
- **Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman**: Delivered within **24 to 48 business hours** of order confirmation.
- **Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain**: Delivered within **1 to 3 business days** of order confirmation.
4. Delivery of Digital Goods & Licenses
💡 Digital products (such as software license codes, operating system keys, and digital vouchers) are exempted from physical delivery fees. They are delivered instantly and free of charge via WhatsApp or email upon successful payment confirmation.
5. Inspection upon Receipt
We advise customers to verify the package condition and ensure the factory seals are intact upon receiving the shipment from the courier agent. If any external damage to the package box is visible, please report it to the agent immediately and contact our customer service team.
